Electronic images of your cancelled checks are available free of charge
anywhere you have internet access through our online banking service. Your online
check images will be available online for 180 days (6 months,) and you will be
able to view or print them as needed. Or, for a low monthly fee of only $5.00,
Bank of Botetourt will prepare and print your check images and send them to you
by mail along with your monthly statement. This technology allows you to reconcile
your account with checks in sequential order while making record keeping and retention
much easier. Three ring binders and folders are available at retail offices to
store the imaged checks.
